Day of Decor Set-up:
Specializing in tablescapes, table and chair placement, ceremony arbor decor, ceremony aisle decor, signage placement and favour/ gift displays. Price is determined based on the size and scale of the wedding and tasks to be completed. Task may include but are not limited to, setting out bud vases with florals/ greenery, folding and placing napkins, guest menus, place cards etc. Minimum of 4 hours of service included.

Day of Coordination
Including an initial consultation, a rehearsal liaison, decor set-up for the reception and ceremony spaces, vendor communication, and specific timeline management throughout the day. Price is determined based on size and scale of the wedding and tasks to be completed. Priced individually for a 12 hour day.

As I’ve learned from experience, having a plan in place for outdoor based weddings is key to making sure the day goes smoothly as possible, and that’s where I come in.
Whether it’s a huge shift in weather the morning of the wedding resulting in dirty, knocked over glassware, wrinkled linens, or even an animal destroying your tablescapes and displays. I can be the one to ensure none of those disasters affect your special day. Let me help relieve any and all stress related to setting up your dream wedding!
